I agree. I wish I had someone that I could go to the gym with, or just go for a run, or maybe play a casual sport with.

Im 29 and will be 30 in a couple of weeks. I am currently at 237 lbs... the highest I have ever been at 5ft 6 in. my goal weight is 145 and I plan to achieve that before the end of the year. I have just started my own version of keto.. you can add me and maybe we can motivate each other.

Im starting today... I am currently 108kg and looking to drop to 65kg. Tring to keep it simple with 3 meals per day total of 1350 calories 75% fat, 20% protein & 5% carbs. Simple low impact cardio for the first 3 weeks.
