35 5'9" and 248lbs...ugh, that's hard to write. Plenty of my excuses were valid (mostly my kids) but I was able to overcome those obstacles for 5 years of fit & healthy before I tore my miniscus last year. The knee healed but my motivation didn't. I took the whole "new year" thing as a kickstart but this is by no means a resolution. Just a fresh start to my old dream.…
