Not necessarily a change in my body physically but I have noticed that my resting heart rate has dropped from 73bpm to 64bpm since starting back up on my weight loss regimen. I’ve only lost 10lbs since restarting but my rhr has dropped almost 10 bpm.

I recently came back from a 5 day vacation and was 14lbs heavier than when I left. It’s been 6 days since I’ve been home and I’ve lost 11 of those 14lbs. I’m guessing I probably gained about 1.5lbs of actual fat during my vacation.

First of all, congratulations and you look absolutely stunning! As for weight loss, I was a yo yo dieter for many years before finding MFP. I've lost 90lbs over the last year and a half by just eating what MFP told me to eat to lose 1.5lbs a week (2lbs a week when I was over 200lbs). It really is all about CICO. I never…

This. I was told years ago that I had to drink my body weight in oz of water in order to lose weight. I weighed 240lbs at the time and there was no way I was going to be able to do that daily.

I don't usually eat a proper breakfast or lunch so dinner is definitely my biggest meal of the day.

I weigh daily and log it in a trending app. Scale fluctuations used to bother me tremendously until I started weighing daily and going by the trend.

I will definitely be doing more outdoor activities come fall and I really can't wait to start doing my evening walks again. It's so hot here in summer that I don't want to leave the comfort of my air conditioned home unless I have to. Even well into the evening it is too hot to enjoy the outdoors.

I use the premium service and honestly it hasn't made any difference to me. I subscribed to a year though so I am stuck with it for now. When my subscription ends I will definitely just use the free version.

The only things I don't log are breath mints and gum. I log everything else, including my vitamins. Turns out my morning vitamins have close to 45 calories in them and that does add up.

I am always looking for more active friends. I'm active daily and my diary is open to friends. :)

That's wonderful!

89lbs so far..

I did 17,500 steps today. None of it was intentional exercise. I just had a really busy day. :)

Feel free to add me. :)

I lost weight in my face and arms first. Then my chest and stomach. My legs are stubborn and are definitely the last place I lose weight. I have about 25lbs to go before I get to my goal and I swear it's all in my legs. Lol

When I was obese (5'5" and 240lbs) it took at least 20lbs before I noticed a visible difference. Now that I am around 150lbs I can see a noticeable difference with every 5lbs i lose. But as others said its different for everyone.

Anyone can add me as well. I'm active daily and try to comment as much as I can. My work schedule has been really hectic lately though and haven't been commenting as much as usual.
