I messed up one day and had wheat on March 8th. Otherwise I'm still going strong! It's been tough but my fitness and general health has improved tremendously. I'm determined to make it to the 31st.

I'm on day 3 of my Whole30. I've been surprised by how easy it's been the past two days. I'm loving how I'm feeling right now and look forward to noting changes in my palate and body.

I'm in. I was thinking of eliminating red meat, poultry and dairy products for Lent; so this challenge came at the right time. I'll just eliminate the rest as well. I'm starting March 1st. I hope that's alright. I think I'll be able to learn a lot about my body and its reactions to certain foods.
