  • I never really thought my clothes weighed much. Then yesterday I weighed myself wearing just a tank top and undies, then right away I took them off and weighed again. The difference was 0.5 lbs. For JUST a tank top and undies. Clothes actually make a real difference.
  • I am 32, 5'2" with a current goal of 50lbs to lose. I started out at 230 and I'm currently 200. I want an active MFP support group that keeps me coming back here for more than just logging my food/weight. I have joined various groups in hopes there would be an active community and so far I'm finding it lacking.

  • You can totally do this! In 2016 I lost 30 lbs by counting calories, watching my sugars and eating gluten free. I didn't work out at all. Then I gained too much of it back! This year I'm looking to lose another 40 with the same 'program' (loosely used) plus a bit of exercise (also loosely used)
  • Me too! I'm hoping to have it all lost in 2017. If I can get it in before my 33rd birthday that would be great, if I could get it in before swimsuit weather that would be even better! So far 6lbs lost (3 before I started this site)
  • My priority focus is on calories. Secondary are carbs & sugar (I try to keep them low/in check) And my third is iron, I try to keep it up if possible (damn near impossible)
