That's completely normal. Every coach I have talked too says to not even pay attention to the scale when you first start working out. You lose inches and build muscle. the scale will start going down though!

I have done a lot of research and talked to professionals, most of them say have a cheat day. Not eating a ton of junk food once a week but adding a treat in that you don't eat the rest of the week.

Have you noticed a change in clothing? A lot of times the scale won't change but clothing size will because your getting muscle! It definitely is frustrating and I'm in the same boat.

Hi everyone! This is a wonderful idea. I'll be 26 on Saturday and need some help with motivation. I'm 231 lbs and can't seem to get anymore weight off. I had a baby 8 months ago. Looking to lose 40 lbs by july but my overall goal is to lose 90-95 lbs. I would love to join your group!
