  • I have done both. I seem to be more successful when I am logging. It gets me to think about what eat and should eat. There are a number of times when I have something new and am surprised by the massive calorie numbers. Its usually worth it
  • Good job! When I started my return to running, I followed the advice given by Jeff Galloway over at runner's world - his main idea is the run/walk method. • Congratulations! I wouldnt have been able to run that far on my first try - Finishing as a family is a big win for all!
  • I recommend RadioLab and Dan Carlins Hardcore History. I also use and enjoy audible for books on my run. Currently having fun with Artful, Peter David's unusual extension of the Artful Dodger in a playful Dickensian style.
  • Could use a few supportive people! add me all! My highest weight was 260. Started this year at 213, now down to 203. Let's do this!
