yes, as soon as I went from 1200 to 1300 I stopped losing completely. I temporarily went insane, and am currently back to 1200 after a month and a half without losing anything. I'm almost afraid that I might have somehing wrong with me, if I can't eat more than 1200 cals a day without maintaining :indifferent:

before MFP, I was eating 800-900 calories a day, was always hungry, and wondered why I wasn't losing. I currently eat around 1300 a day, and maintain if I eat anything more than that. muffin tops used to mean we were chubby. now they mean almost fiting into a smaller size and victory! congrats :D

I wish I would have thought to ask this question. I've been going out with my best friend for 2 months now. At first, I was confused and thought it would be a bad idea, but I did it anyway. Now, I don't have any regrets. Do what you think is best for your individual situation. Good luck :D

I remember being 6 years old or so and making my own Nutella by adding Hershey's chocolate syrup to my peanut butter. am I the only one who's ever done that? =)

use artificial swwetener. I like splenda. be sure to use the baking kind. I don't like pie crust, so I just baked it in a casserole dish instead. Substituting splenda for sugar and omitting pie crust can save almost 200 calories!! IT'S THE RECIPE FROM THE LIBBY'S CANNED PUMPKIN =) hope this helps

due to a crazy schedule, I don't get enough sleep either! I have been losing weight consistently though, so I'm not sure how it affects weight loss, but this is an interesting question

i was eating about 600-900 calories aday before mfp. i now eat 1150 (I'm 5'0 and inactive so dont get mad at how few it is)

I've been wanting to try those but my mom won't buy me any since they're so expensive. i love pretty much anything that is sun dried tomato and basil flavored though :)

my parents fought me for a year when I decided to go veggie. I still live with them, but now they understand. i do end up cooking my own food most of the time though. go for it! worst-case scenario-- they dissapprove and you have to wait till later. good luck :)

I love vegetable soup or green beans. I sometimes eat fatfree light yogurt when I'm still hungry. and I LOVE bean burritos. if you skip the cheese and choose a healthier tortilla they can be good for you (i think)

I eat the same way! my family thinks I'm crazy, but I only eat when I'm hungry, that's it.
