Serving size is a problem for me... I'll eat the whole package of macaroni, ice cream, chips, or whatever I'm eating. Try eating one serving instead of 2. I take walmart brand one a day women's multivitamins. I'm vegetarian, and I know I don't eat well enough to get all the important vitamins that you're supposed to get. And I figure a little extra iron won't hurt :laugh:

It does nothing at all, except taste good.... unless I chug 3+ Monsters -- and yes, I know that's how people die from caffeine. As long as it's not a habit, I don't care how unhealthy they are :ohwell:

I was at 1200 forever, and recently upped to 1400 -- I know your fear. This week, I went food-crazy and reached 2000 3 days in a row... went back to ~1400, and immediately dropped a pound after being stuck at a plateau. Just give it time, or try a calorie zig-zag

I see other people losing weight while eating a ton,, I'm just afraid to gain a bunch of weight. I'm one to gain quickly and lose SOOOOO slowly. I think I eat around 3-5 eggs a day... they're just so yummy. Depending on whether you eat "clean" or not, vegetarian "meat" products can be really good, I particularly like Gardein brand. Beans & dairy are also good. I've never tried tofu, tempeh, or quinoa, but they're supposed to be good protein sources. And lentil soup…
