Avocado toast. When I don't have a big skillet of sauteed veggies with scrambled eggs, it's Greek yogurt with berries and walnuts, or Purely Elizabeth organic superfood oatmeal. Trying to stay low carb focusing on protein.

Just finding this group. I'm over 70 and found that milestone difficult.
