What a great idea! I have started my journey today so this is opportune. My goal for today.... Stay within caloric intake (1400) Be mindful of what I eat My goal for January Same as today but everyday! Yoga four times a week Drop a few lbs.... Kind of simplistic but I hope its a good place to start....
