  • Fried rice or stir fry, add to pasta dishes, make a cheese sauce for them, steamed spinach w/ canned garlic diced tomatoes w/ cheese on top is good, peas & cauliflower ranch salad, make soups. Just be creative and try different things out, if you don't like it then you know for later on not to try it that way again.
  • Breakfast burritos can be prepped and made ahead of time (stored in freezer or fridge) with veggies cooked into the mix. Also, never tried it myself but what about a cauliflower crust breakfast pizza?
  • My sons favorite smoothie is spinach, orange and banana. My daughters fav is almond milk, cocoa powder and banana (can use sweetener/honey/sugar if you think it needs it.
