I would love this. I started at the beginning of the year, but fell off the wagon due to my birthday week and having to eat out with different family members. I am looking to start fresh tomorrow. I have 1,600 a day, which is just a bit more then you eat.

My favorite salad is a simple balsamic vinegarette, with some chicken breast, feta cheese, romaine lettuce, and half an apple cubed.

I love it. I like to have it in the morning on a piece of toast with a small bit of honey or jam. Plus, at only about 20 calories for a Tablespoon, it does not have the calories of normal peanut butter.
