I eat my spaghetti sauce over greens. I prefer it that way now!

I set my activity level as sedentary and let my Fitbit adjust my exercise calories.

I usually uninstall/reinstall when little bugs like that pop up. So far 100% success rate.

I tried keto for a little while. In the end, I decided it wasn’t for me, but I’m glad I did it. I learned that protein + fiber keeps me full for hours and hours. I also learned that high fat intake makes me incredibly sleepy and... uh... not socially acceptable.

I saw a size 6 Calvin Clien black shirt dress in the thrift store 2 days ago and I Want It! But I’m still wearing a 8/10 in dresses :(

I’m glad there’s no underlying medical problem. My sister has very thin, very fine hair. She started using Rogaine (Purchased at Walmart OTC) and it has really helped. Just a thought :)

For family cookouts and other events (when I’m not in charge of the food), I put my meal into the recipe builder. This works well for me and it’s easy to add/subtract food if you’re just trying a little of everything. For instance: “Birthday party” I eat a fried chicken leg- I input the KFC value. Cake- usually a…

I can’t wait to read this (hopefully) continuing thread in 6 months! Keep on keeping on!

Another unusual NSV for me: I fell down the stairs about 10 years ago and fractured my (R) knee. (I slipped on a hot wheels parking lot. Thanks, Kids.) Today it was hurting a lot for some reason. Then I suddenly realized— I used to have this level of knee pain (or worse) every single day! 108# down and my bones thank me.…

I have a handy-dandy microwave omelet maker that I picked up for $1 somewhere or other. It works just fine, but I prefer using the stovetop. There is a distinctly different taste when cooked in the microwave. (Hard to explain- not bad, but also not necessarily good.)

Yoga isn't going to burn a lot of calories, but it (IMO) improves balance tremendously. Also, it's a great recovery exercise.

Deer. Freaking big azz, dumb azz animals that hit your car at night. "Oh, headlights! I'll run at the car now! Perfect!" Stupid things.

No one can really answer that. However, every day you put it off is one more day you add on to the process. Just start now.

This was on my FB today. Forgive the copy/paste; I'm technologically challenged. This speaks to the low levels woo slingers will go to, aside from deceptive marketing, to make a buck. We laugh at woo, but there are definitely real world health and environmental implications of these nefarious companies, not too mention the…

I eat whatever I like for breakfast. Sometimes that's leftovers, sometimes yogurt, often oatmeal (because I'm a child at heart). Turkey or PBJ sandwiches are good no matter what time it is. You don't have to lock yourself in to eating "breakfast food" just because it's morning.

Thank you for that, @Tacklewasher.
