My weight loss is not at all linear, I could loose 5lbs in a few days, stay the same then put on 2lb, as long as it's going in the right direction in the long run then I'm ok with that. Start weight Jan 2 2017 162 Goal weight March 2 2017 ( fingers crossed 140

I'm getting married in October 2017 and want to loose at least 20lbs by summer and keep it off

My goal is to loose 20lb by March, I'm really motivated and looking forward to getting back to my goal weight and fitness of 140lb. 2 years ago I lost over 60lbs using this app, but over the last 9 months 20lbs crept back on
