It's a zucchini - we call it a courgette in England
-
I am ready and raring to go - have already started and starting to feel better already
-
I am aiming for under 5g as I am doing the carnivore month and hoping to stick with it afterwards too
-
Just HWC in mine - I have reduced down to one or 2 cups a day, although still have an occasional latte when I go out
-
This is awesome - congratulations - I can't wait to feel this feeling too
-
Awesome progress - really need to take some starting pictures as starting again after putting the weight all on again

I am about to go zero carb so macros tend to go out of the window, I don't log when I am ZC but if I do log then I keep my carb level below 5g, so protein/fat tends to be 65% fat, 35% protein

I need to get prepared, have been trying to get back on a majority meat for the last week or so, still having lots of cravings and fell off the wagon yesterday but if I am fully prepared with the right food in the house I will be fine - I am going to start zero carb fully from next weekend and take this week to reduce the…

I have just been diagnosed with gallstones which I had been suffering pain for a long time - I had fallen off the LCHF wagon last year and the pain increased - now I have the diagnosis everyone is telling me I should give up fat - over the last few weeks I have been testing foods out to see if they cause me issues and…

I am jumping back into this one, going to have to take it easy with the fat at the minute, but even so the meat is still the main foods that don't cause me issues and I loved the way I felt after I did zero carb the last time, this time though I am going to aim for the full lifestyle change

Yep still going strong - mostly meat, although am having a few veggies in certain things, everything else causes discomfort - I attempted to change my coffee from lactofree milk to cream today and got more discomfort so need to consider eliminating dairy - definitely finding my body doesn't cope with many foods, it's now…

Thank you so much everyone - I will definitely look into the other issues too - I am never going to stop trying to get my health back on the right track

Thank you very much everyone - I am just starting on Citalopram (Celexa) have been on it before - if Fluoxotine had been ok would have considered that as it's used for eating disorders, but it didn't really agree with me. I am going to try to be very aware of what I am eating and try to keep cravings and binging under…

My challenge for February is to increase my walking and biking - try to do a walk every day and bike at least once per week. I am also going to log every day - have been struggling to get back into the ZC WOE so changing tack for February and going for <50g Carb per day
-
You are awesome, it's good to understand how you deal with food crisis - you only fail if you stop trying x
-
Oh no @canadjineh I hope things get easier soon xx

Some great ideas, will definitely try them today if I feel myself straying - I am at the beginning of my journey again and I know once I get past the first few days I will be fine - today is a new day and I will try hard to keep the gremlins from attacking tonight
-
Great read, have to admit I needed to read this too

I have to say I don't feel or see myself as fat as I actually am- it's only when I look in photos that I feel massive, which feels a bit odd - there are times when I am walking down the road and can't catch my breath because I am fat, this disappears when I have lost weight in the past so I know the weight I am is having a…

Don't panic, some who do ZC do find themselves in the first month fluctuating with weight - it's because the body is repairing itself, stay strong and your body will adjust and start moving in the right direction.

Hi, I deleted my account as was so annoyed with myself for falling off the wagon so badly, but I am back - unfortunately can't get my old name back - I am definitely going back to Zero Carb as it was the WOE that made me feel the best - tomorrow will be my Day 1 back on ZC

You are low in electrolytes- increase your intake of salt, it's one of the common side effects when you first start low carb diets
