In my opinion, part of maintaining is being able to spend a week indulging. You come home and hold yourself accountable! I say relax on your vacation. Just short of a year. I've had to loose 15-30 after each of my three pregnancies. I feel loosing slowly can be frustrating but it's easier to solidify those good habits and to maintain the weight loss.
