I'm still trying to get below 250. I've only lost 3lbs since I posted this same minigoal 4 weeks ago with a very arrogant "I lose weight soooo easy when I really try," alongside it. Ugh karma! I have 6.7lbs to go. Maybe I can hit it by April.

I've never done it, but if it were me, that is what I'd put it under. Anything that keeps you moving consistently with your heartrate elevated would go there, and that definitely qualifies.

My son takes it for his ADHD. He barely eats even with an appetite stimulant, so you are probably going to be just fine at work.
