I am on misfit.Sort of like fit bit since the 5th of Jan.Have had 2 knee replacements the rt one 4 mths back.So walking is about all I can do and cycling on the recumbent bike.So I aim to keep up with these at least 15 mins a day added to walking for 30 hr and gradually increase tp 1 1/2 hr.
