  • Start simple by eating healthier foods and getting rid of bad foods. Something that helped me is making a list of items not to eat during any of my meals like, breads, sweets, dressings, flours, junk food, carbonated drink. That really helped me stay on track. And if you're new to exercising ease your self into it.
