Technically this would "work" however I don't see it working long term. This method is known as calorie banking and is a legitimate option, I would recommend going with 1800 opposed to 1500 as this would be more sustainable in the long term.

I've had a few, 1) I didn't hate how I looked in a photo for the first time in years 2) I fit into an old favourite shirt of mine I haven't been able to wear in over 5 years 3) I hit 100kg deadlift with passable form.
