• I am hoping to reach maintenance by next summer. I have already lost 46 lbs (21kg) in six months, still have around 80 lbs (36kg) more to lose to get there. So that's 126 lbs in total. While the numbers seem scary, so far losing has been relatively easy :). I'm adding you three above me and everyone else is welcome to add…
• I eat leafy greens all the time and red meat a few times a week, still I'm also way below my limit, usually around 10-20%. It feels like I should eat the entire cow to hit the mark.
• You can add me, I started a month ago and have so far lost around 13 lbs (6 kg), 88 more to go. But that's only my initial goal, to reach the perfect weight for me, i would need to lose 135 lbs in total.
• I have now downloaded the 7 minute HICT app, which is quite intense. Doing this 2-3 times a day plus my 4-5 x10 minute dancing/aerobics sessions and daily leisurely walks... it's starting to feel like I'm working out all day long :D Must see some effect at least. To stay ontop, I have set alarms every hour to get my 10 min…
• I have also made pizza using a tortilla as the crust, not so bad either. Or another way to make a healthy crust is to take 350 g cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 12 tbsp any flour you like, salt.
•
not trying to sound too harsh, but you are the parent he is the toddler. if you want/need to walk for your health - you put him in a stroller and go. he'll get use to it and you'll get healthier for him and yourself - a win/win.
I don't think that walking with a screaming toddler tied to a stroller would…
• I wish I could take him out in a stroller :) Ever since he started to walk on his own, he will not sit in a stroller. Thus we can't go very far either, otherwise he will be too tired to walk back and I'd have to carry him. He is 15 kg and it's winter, so it's not such an easy task to carry a toddler while both are wearing…

• I guess you can't really see the crust... but it's there :)
• I made this cauliflower pizza a few weeks back, if you drain caulflower after cooking, it will be solid. Even without draining it works fine if you let it cool off bit.
• Thanks, I will check it out. And yes, I do go out every day with my son, but I can't walk much. He doesn't like strollers and only wants to walk on his own. And it's not really walking, more like me waiting and standing around and trying to keep him off the street while he investigates every stone, bench and counts cars :)…
• Thanks everyone for your replies. Previously my calorie limit was at 1320 with 2lbs per week weight loss and I did eat around half the calories I got from these short exercises. But as many of you suggested not to eat back any calories and since I haven't lost any weight for the last 5-6 days, I decided not to eat my…
• Right now, at 267 lbs (121kg), getting fit is not my priority for a while yet. I will be able to get some "real" exercise done in a year from now, hopefully I will be in a better weight then too, to really start working on getting fit.
• Hi, I started losing on Jan 1st, I'm now 266 lbs (121 kg). I'm adding you Becca and some more of you with similar weights. It's great to have friends who have just as much to lose, we can support and motivate each other better than those who only have 20 lbs to lose.
• Out of topic, but are you adding calories burned with accupedo and eat them? I had it connected a few days ago, but even with 12,000 steps and 800 calories burned, connecting to MFP only gave me like 40 exercise calories. I'm wondering how much I should add manually, to get the calories that it is safe to eat.
• I started with 127 kg (280 lbs) on Jan 1st, now I'm at 122 (269 lbs) and my goal is to reach 79 kg (174 lbs) in 2 years. Hopefully this is a realistic enough goal. Everyone with similar weight and goals please add me too.
• Welcome! Me three! And not just weight loss, I decided 2017 will be my year in so many ways and it's already starting to happen for me. If you really really want it, everything you want will be yours! That's the attitude for me this year. I haven't added any friends here yet, I guess it's time to do it now, I'll add you…
• Here is a 36 year old middle ager with lots of weight to lose and hopefully, once I accomplish my goal, I won't pass for a middle ager anymore. And neither will all of you!
