  • I've done the Newcastle one! Was also gonna try Gateshead at some point so I can shake it up a bit
  • @Misssynth yeah the app is great, it has all the workouts shown as videos and there's timers and it's really interactive. Also lets you play your music behind it which is great for in the gym. I've been loosely sticking to her workouts as I've also been doing running and body pump, but still doing at least one of her HIIT…
  • @Bluepegasus well done that's awesome! Where abouts are you based? I've only done the one so far but looking to do at least a 2 a month, I just always seem to have too many Friday night plans!
  • @aquadolly_ wow you've been doing it some time!! You must be getting some good results?
  • Hi @deannajf4 I've been doing running for the LISS, really got back into my running this year and really enjoying! I did one cycling last week though the night before Park Run so as not to tire my legs too much. Also really enjoying the HIIT. The circuits... not so much. I hate burpees and the mountain climber press ups!…
  • So many useful ideas on here thanks guys!! Now trying to incorporate more eggs, Greek yogurt and upping the portion size of the meat/ fish I'm eating! Also acquired 2 tubs of maxinutrition lean protein powder for post gym shakes - I said no powders but these were on offer and my student loan came in handy
  • When you complete the app, I encourage you to try a Park Run if there's any nearby, I did my first one last Saturday. They're worldwide, timed 5Ks and completely free! Cause there are so many people there they keep you going and motivated. Really good fun and a great way to kick off a Saturday!!
  • I'm trying to keep myself on track and logging!!
