Not a recipe, but have you tried shirataki noodles? They are very low calorie, and some brands don't have any calories. I'll have those with pasta sauce, stir fry, soup, etc.

For breakfast I normally have one cup of Kashi go lean original with one cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. 174 calories altogether
