This seems like an issue point. Without a gauge on the difference between your weight and your goal at least. Ideally you would either use something simply like the goals settings in here and tweak as needed. For that you can use your actual weight then cut cals from that at, again, a moderate and comfortable rate…

Lunges are pretty hardcore, at least they feel that way as the last of my leg day. I just suffer through but they truly are tiring and send my heart rate skyrocketing. I'd say just do what you can and get your rest in it.

Eat more and get a gym membership. Seriously lol. Lift weights.

Grats! I live for deadlifts, awesome feeling picking up all that weight. I kind of want to change my 5 day split to all something where im doing the big 3 multiple times a week.

Also, I noticed I rode the high from my lift straight into the buzz from the alcohol. What normally feels an awesome and pleasant ride into bedtime just fizzled out as soon as the alcohol wore off. Don't ruin your post workout highs!!

I screwed up :s but I did not go down the path to an all nighter. did what I know I shouldn't and said Sure to a couple social beers with dinner. Downed it like water and felt the buzz, more of an itch for more .. for all of it. Everything. Throw my routine away, go run off and buy some liquor kind of thing. But at this…

Ugh, I worked away from food for a long time today on top of getting up late and have been trying to cram 2k cals in before bed time. Drank 1k , slowly but surely putting the other 1k down.. Hopefully without incident :s fun times

Great job on shedding all that was weighing you down ! Figuratively and literally o:) That's both a very tough thing to do, holy crap you killed it !

The only thing that keeps my alcoholic tendencies at bay is lifting. I had some tough times last year and became a heavy drinker. Solo most of the time. Always needed to drink at night. To sleep. To socialize. To keep from boredom. Any excuse I could come up with and I was off to the store, if I didn't plan ahead and stock…

Sometimes you're just not feeling it and that's OK. You don't want to injure yourself now do ya?? Try to find the source if you can, it might not just be your routine but sleep, energy levels, etc. I used to have some off days in the gym but since preparing with pre workout snacks I take to work ( meal -> trail mix ->…

I'm back on the bandwagon and happy to talk goals, lifting, and cal counting with anyone though I can't commit to a full mentoring. o:)

Let's do this people ! o:)

Ramping. Just gives me something to do while cooling off and I'm slightly motivated by increasing the weights. Gives me a lil more drive

A boy, made entirely of meat.

In a few weeks I'm on track to weigh the most I ever have in my life :# goal cal is 3700~ and I'm breaking through every day. After a few screw ups (about a 15 days wasted at deficit + not lifting or logging), I've gained 15 lbs in the past 3.5 months. Feels insanely good watching the scale rise and the lifts go up. Only…
