I had only a cup of expresso Wed and no caffeine Thu & Fri B) I know, not a long streak yet but for me it's unusual. I'll still have coffee on the weekend, but during the week I really need to focus on water intake!

Hope that made your husband step up his game :D I've had to work with the public a lot and it always made me feel good when a non-pervy, just outspoken guy gave me a compliment.

That's an exciting idea and a really thoughtful thing to do for your mom and grandma! I haven't vocalized my weight loss goals to any family but my BF but only bcuz I don't care to either way unless it happened to come up. Although I secretly hope ppl I'm not fond of but haven't seen in a while just happen to run into me…

Beautiful lady and congrats on your children! I wouldn't focus on the number so much as you're already at a pretty svelte number and 110 is technically underweight. I was once around the same BMI for my height and was just skinny fat. Looking back at my pics I realize how scrawny and unfit I looked even though I had a flat…

So glad you realized it's all in your head. Weight loss and fitness is such a mind game. You can make your goal!

Outstanding improvement in less than a year's time! I completed the C25K outdoors this spring (could barely stand a minute when I started!) and have to work on my speed/time as well. It's amazing how much you can achieve if you just keep putting in the work! Add me if you like. I'd love to see your continued progress :)

Bittersweet NSV of needing heavier weights! Bittersweet bcuz they ain't cheap and I hate to have to spend the cash. At least it'll be a good investment B)
-
Don't have any to contribute (yet) but you have impressive progress so far! Getting cut arms too I see B)
-
That's a stunning transformation for 4 months! You're my hero! B)

Seems like more than 2 wk difference...impressive!

You may like to read Secrets from the Eating Lab by Traci Mann. There are other ones on weight loss psychology but I enjoyed this in particular. Gives research based reasoning as to why will power is a fragile concept and insight as to how to set yourself up to make good decisions and avoid temptation.

I was 145.7 when I started & my middle def holds its share amount too. You look fabulous so far! What have you been doing for diet/exercise?
-
Hopefully that's motivation for you to break up with him & then lose 20 lbs.

EBay or maybe threadup.com. Obviously you want to have good idea of size you need in each brand :#

I always notice for women that lose a decent chunk of weight their beautiful eyes stand out much better! You look fabulous - keep going and sharing your progress!

Disneyworld sounds like an awesome goal! It will make for a fabulous after pic in front of the castle. Plus there's so much damn walking which can suck in the summer lol. If you start working out now it will be a walk in the park, no pun intended. Can't say a specific event is motivating my wanting to lose weight and build…

Definitely can tell the difference! Congrats on all your hard work :)

Amazing story and transformation! Thanks for sharing. It is personally difficult to imagine not having a gut after having one for a decade, but seeing pics like these keeps me positive! The definition in your leg from the side is gorgeous. Why does your lab's head tho seem so freakishly big lol?! :D

BTW if 85 is your birth yr (so is mine) you could raise your base goal to 1300. (mine is currently 1400). Unless you're 40 or above and are experiencing major metabolism slowdown due to aging, 1200 is unnecessarily low in my opinion.

I eat back at least half. Since many burns are overestimated, whether I eat more or all depends on how I feel. If I'm genuinely hungry and borderline feeling faint I eat more. If I only have that slightly uncomfortable twang of hunger I stop. If you're at 1200 now that's generally what's believed to be your cal needs just…

Amazing! Sounds like you're going about it the ideal way with your work out schedule & diet. Always refreshing to see great results from pure effort unaided by sketchy supplements

Too stinkin cute now! Keep going strong!
-
Uh oh he's taking bed selfies - control yourself! :D You def do look younger. Congrats on your amazing persistence!
-
Holy Wow! Hard to believe those two pics are the same person! Your curves are stunning now :)

I know I've gained muscle before while in a deficit and it wasn't just existing muscle veiled by melting fat because I was progressing in lifting heavier weights. Although granted I probably could have made quicker gains if not in a deficit. Never really understood how that could happen but your explanation sounds logical,…

Love the abs! Your before reminds me a lot of mine and how I carry weight, so your after gives me confidence!
-
Wow practically a 180 in posture! Nice to hear that your friends are supporting you - that's such an invaluable asset. Can't wait to see next installment!
-
We all know the struggle! Just think, a month from now you'll be so glad you started now!
-
I admit one thing I love about busy work days or days full of errands is I'm less focused on food! 38 was hardly that long ago in the grand scheme of things. You will definitely get back to where you were with the right mindset!

Nicely done so far! Sounds like you have the right idea of not making cal burn a chore! I want to start p90X soon too. I did it for a bit once before, but fell off the wagon with everything. I don't care for going to a gym and wasn't getting a challenging enough strength training workout by my own design at home, so I took…
