Amazing progress in 3 months. You must have been consistently working hard. Curious as well what your methods were and if you learned anything you’d want to share to far.

Astonishing how much life can change in just a few months. You are quite the warrior!

Fantastic work! I’m really looking forward to getting under 130 again after what seems like forever. What have you been doing since Jan?
-
Ha! I gained 10 over the holidays as well that’s being a beast to get back off. Really kicking myself for that now but making progress. You look fantastic and your awesome eyes are really gonna stand out even more as you get further B)

One of my favorite transformations here B) Your situation seems pretty relatable to mine so I find your commitment and success inspiring. 7 years is outstanding. I would like to start weights again soon. It’s amazing the difference it makes. I’m only a couple inches shorter and 138 and feel like I have a ways to go to get…

One of my favorite transformations I’ve seen here!

Not going to bother recording a weight this week. Kinda bloated from bad choices so no idea what I’m at. TOM and cold hit me both Sat and I haven’t gotten my momentum back yet. @ GoOliviaGo I have a party as well this weekend dang it lol. Hoping it’ll be worth it but bad timing when I’m trying to get back on track.

Glad you're feeling better! 5 lbs since the 24th is great. Good job on getting back to the gym already.

Did just about everyone drop out of this already?! Anyway, nice progress rayshoe :) Sept 10th SW : 139.8 Halloween GW: 130 9/17: 136.2 9/24: 134 10/2: 133.2 10/8 130.4 Guess I'm doing something right this time lol. The last few times trying to lose were frustrating, but I also tended had a slightly higher cal goal and had…

SW (Sept) 139.8 SW (Challenge) 133.2 Xmas goal: 120 Oct 01 - 133.2 Oct 08 - 130.3 Oct 15 - Oct 22 - Oct 29 - Nov 05 - Nov 12 - Nov 19 - Nov 26 - Dec 03 - Dec 10 - Dec 17 - Dec 24 - Already started a Halloween challenge but I’m happily surprised it seems I’m surpassing my goal for the end of the month (130) so thinking now…

Sept 10th SW : 139.8 Halloween GW: 130 9/17: 136.2 9/24: 134 10/2: 133.2 Downhill trend is slowing now after first few wks (not surprised). I know that’s bcuz a lot of the initial loss was water weight, but I realize going forward I have to be as accurate as possible with logging cals...having to make educated guesses can…

5 lbs is great for half a month!

Yeah I think if your body is the issue for any dates move to the next prospect ASAP! You’ve gotten great results with just your basic routine. Some ppl are just genetically meant to get abs I guess. What is it with your joints you’re struggling with? Best of luck to you on your current goal!

Sorry to hear that! Hope it's near the end. Weird time to get a bug

Sept 10th SW : 139.8 Halloween GW: 130 9/17: 136.2 9/24: 134 I've really been trying to stick to my cal range out of frustration in getting little results last few attempts in past year! So far paying off. I think cutting down on the processed foods/sugar has helped curb cravings so that I can deal better. My blood sugar…

Yep I think this time no boozy "treats" at the end of the week for me either. Supposedly alcohol slows your metabolism, and I feel like I can't get away much anymore with straying from my eating plan and still get results. The double edged sword of being closer to your endpoint I guess.
-
Agreed! I did C25K last year and loved it, but did it with shoes chosen by small running store specialist. Before I had problems with shin splints as well. If you're experience is anything like mine, you'll have some weeks where you'll feel like you're making no progress between sessions, then other weeks it's like you…

First couple days of not eating whenever I felt slightly hungry made me feel kinda angry lol (sugar withdrawal?!), but I'm surprised how well I've been dealing with the restricted cal amount from then on out. I'm determined to get below 130, maybe not by Halloween, but damn soon. My progress has really dragged out enough…

That’s insanely impressive!

Anyone can add me as well. A lot of my original MFP friends' activity dwindled off :/ I just started watching my diet again a little over a week ago after realizing I was letting myself gain slowly. Lost 3 lbs as well so far which I agree is probably mostly water weight but regardless I already feel a lot better. Trying to…

Another end of month bday - nice!
-
31st is my bday (33) and I’m back to losing mode after a short relapse of bad eating so this is what I need! Already lost a chunk of that processed food bloat over last several days and feeling better. Height: 5’2” SW Sun: 139.8 CW: 136.5 GW: 130 Method: I am already active during the day as a self employed cleaner so my…

Well holy hotness

Your posture did a 180 as well :) amazing dedication there!
-
Way to commit! And awesome workout shirt at that!

Simply one of the most impressive 360s I've seen. I was even keeping an eye out to make sure you weren't just here to push for a supplement company as it almost seemed too good to be true! I love that you included the battle scars. Always nice to see real people getting real results from straight up hard work.

Like today I sometimes like to do a veggie stir fry for breakfast and in separate pan in coconut oil I rough chop firm tofu with spatula till starts to brown then last couple minutes sprinkle coating of nutritional yeast which both yellows it and adds flavor. It's one of those things you're prob really gona take to or hate…

It's obvious you've been really working for it! WTG!

Kind of "after" I'm going for! Outstanding progress!
