Guess I'm doing something right this time lol. The last few times trying to lose were frustrating, but I also tended had a slightly higher cal goal and had a cheat meal with a drink every weekend so maybe I was inadvertently sabotaging myself. Have had only fairly controlled cheat meals and not a single drink since I started trying to lose again. Have had trouble getting under 130 when I got close at the beginning of summer, so feeling determined to break through that real soon!2 -

Oops, I forgot to weigh in last week but still making progress. Last week I was too lazy and didn't go to the gym enough to get my steps in, but I was genuinely sick and needed to rest, but now I'm feeling better and I am getting back to the original plan: get steps in each day and get to the gym 4x a week (already one trip down yesterday, planning on going Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday). I know I could be seeing much better progress but I've been slacking and emotionally eating. I'm recommitting to my plan, I go this.1 -

Hey all, can I join late? It will just be a 3 week challenge for me, but this would be the perfect push for me before all the Halloween candy

Method: Running/lifting 2x per week. Horseback riding 3x per week. Avoiding junk food and counting calories as much as possible - even if I don't stay under my goal, I want to keep counting.0 -

Lost my way a little but I’m back! Got a party this weekend and a wedding next weekend. Trying on dresses last week was frustrating but also a great reminder. Fashion is the best motivator 😜1 -
Not going to bother recording a weight this week. Kinda bloated from bad choices so no idea what I’m at. TOM and cold hit me both Sat and I haven’t gotten my momentum back yet. @ GoOliviaGo I have a party as well this weekend dang it lol. Hoping it’ll be worth it but bad timing when I’m trying to get back on track.1

I’m already looking up my favorite drinks on my fitness pal 🤣 parties are a part of life. I just have to remember to drink a lot of water and eat an actual meal beforehand so I’m not super snacky. It’s a house warming party not a Halloween party so I’m hoping there won’t be adorable themed treats. It’s so hard to turn away desserts that smile at you 🤣0 -

Wow, I'm bad at remembering to weigh in! Pretty sure this is a false low, I was pretty sick yesterday and didn't eat much and it seems like a pretty big swing, but I'll take it! I really want to break the 200 mark and being so close is making me crazy. I have to make sure I'm still taking care of myself and not over doing it.

I didn’t meet my goal but I still lost 4.4 lbs, 11.8 lbs overall. Can’t feel bad about that. I had lofty plans and now I feel I’ve found a more realistic routine.
I have a dress coming in the mail on Wednesday, a wedding to attend on Sunday, and next week is full of conferences! I’m taking my Power Block dumbbells and jump rope on the road with me.
And I still haven’t had ANY candycorn! 🤣

Just got back from my vacation. It was nice to take the break from calorie counting and the constant awareness of food intake. I kept my step count high, but you can't out walk a bad diet. I'm going for one more week to hopefully hit the goal of 212 again!1 -
