  • Okay, so I went to this calculator and it said I should be between 89-125 lbs. 89? No effing way. I'm 40 and currently weigh 129. When I was 18 I weighed about 100 and I was SO small. Both the old and the new calculator said I was overweight. Oh and I'm 5'0".
  • I take it and I have for a couple of years now. I have lost 20 lbs (148-128). I'm only 5'0." I love it due to the lack of side effects. I know these medications effect everyone differently, but I just wanted to give you some hope that it is possible!
  • I used to eat lean cuisines all of the time. Never again! Be sure to look at the sodium content on those because they are usually really high. I am also short and around the same weight as you. I try to fill up on veggies like a lot of the people here mentioned.
