I had a couple of years off, too, and am finally back on and have a 100-day streak. I've lost 20 lbs. so far and am hoping to lose about 40 more! Stick with it and it will be worth it!

Would love to join your group! I'm 58 and looking to lose around 40-60 pounds. Have lost 20 so far on MFP -- tracking and walking on my treadmill. Live in the country and started walking outside with my two redbone coonhounds as it gets nicer out. Just thought it would be nice to have some friends to keep my motivated!
