  • Do it for you! Love yourself and be proud of every single accomplishment, even if it is just picking the healthier option or walking through the doors at the gym. Be proud of every good thing you did for yourself each day and give yourself a pat on the back!
  • Flexibility, cardio, and strength. I practice yoga, so I have a mat... I also have a kettlebell and an exercise ball, but that's it! Thanks for the suggestions
