Ok, so I guess my choice this morning for my first day wasn't so bad. I didn't realize a banana and PB was 300 cals. Ugh!

Hi. I currently do not have a plan. I am just starting out again after I lost motivation a few months ago. When I was working out, I was doing more weight training, then cardio afterwards. I want to lost 25 pounds, but I also know that I can be fit at the weight I am at now also.

I have a huge problem with night time snacking myself and always turn to things that are obviously not good for me plus a soda. When I'm laying around watching TV, I get the temptation to EAT EAT EAT! I hate it!. My question here is, is when should I stop eating at night?
