  • I just add my own workout and title it orange theory. You can edit the minutes doing it and how many calories it said you burned in that class. I love orange theory. If I go work out on my own I have no idea what to do and I don’t work out as long and definitely not as hard.
  • I substitute some seasoned (salt & pepper) smashed avocado for ham in my egg's Benedict. It's VERY good and you can hardly taste it with the hollandaise sauce. I also put some in sandwiches, I usually add bacon in my sandwich with the avocado, so you won't taste it much.
  • I just recently got into overnight oats. I too don't like the goopiness, and the fact that they really just don't taste "cooked." But it is awesome how much you can customize them, and I love that I can make multiple batches of multiple flavors at one time and just jar them up.
  • This was from a few days ago, but I made spinach artichoke stuffed chicken with roasted mini red potatoes and broccoli. The chicken itself is only a little under 600 calories! It's so so so good, and easier to make than you thing.
  • Stuffed bell peppers, beef and broccoli over rice, teriyaki chicken and sweet peppers over rice, lemon pepper spinach chicken over rice. You basically can put ANYTHING over rice, and you'll barely notice it. Eating it plain on its own is just bleh.
  • Find a way to do it with espresso shots and zero calorie syrups. Starbucks will have many to choose from. Also sub almond or soy milk in it. There's lots of ways to switch it up!
  • I like to take English muffins and put tuna with a little mayo and lots of Dijon on, and I throw in pepper jack cheese on the muffin if I've got the calories left, with lettuce and tomato. Mmm.
  • I've tried this before and it tasted disgusting. But maybe I did it wrong.
  • Thanks, everyone!
  • I'm not a fan of plain dark chocolate or any plain chocolate, but a couple squares of dark chocolate helps the cravings and it's only 50ish calories.
  • I usually find old fashioned oatmeal (not instant) to be a really filling breakfast, and you can add whatever you want to it. I also like brown rice with dinner (if you can spare the calories) as it makes me fuller quicker.
  • Definitely add me, too! Things are much easier to accomplish with a sense of humor.
  • https://nofailrecipe.com/recipes/spinach-artichoke-stuffed-chicken-breasts/ oh also this recipe is to die for! It's my absolute favorite chicken meal to make.
  • I do this really yummy lemon garlic pepper chicken dish. You get garlic, juice of one lemon, and a bit of milk to make it creamy, boil it, add a bunch of spinach. Then you pour that over raw chicken (seasoned with salt/pepper/etc), bake it for about a half hour at 350f. I also top it with more spinach before I throw it in…
