5ft 10 162lbs. I feel good at 11 stone, but I have to go hungry to achieve that. I do Pilates, cycling and stick to 1800cals per day. I really want to shift my wobbly tum though.

I am 5ft 10 and 160lbs. I am trying to lose 7lbs but always feel starving on less than 1800 cals.
