Need something as I keep making excuses to eat poorly every 2-3 days. 36 female 5'7" SW 268 CW 225 GW undetermined Day/Weight/Comment 07/22-225.2 fasting until 12pm 07/23 225.6 good day today. Tried pork shoulder with cabbage and sf bbq sauce for dinner. Not bad but need to season the meat more. Ate more fruit…
