Cryonic, thank-you for posting. I was very disappointed in photos taken at my daughter's sorority event. I have gone from 245 to 218 (5'10") and still have a pot belly. It has motivated me to continue to my weight loss goal. My blood work was all normal last week, which was a huge win.

What a wondrous day! I Had my blood work done on 10/10/2017 and for the first time in 10 years all of my lipid profiles were normal. Even my A1C test was under 5.7, I started with pre diabetes with a test level of 6.5.
