Hey! I started keto on Jan 1st, the first few days I felt like crap, but I started feeling better within a week. Since the first I have lost 15lbs and I plan to be on keto for a while.

Heyy! I've been doing the ketogenic diet for 2 weeks now. I feel great and not being hungry all the time is awesome, but sometimes I have trouble hitting my macro goals because I'm not hungry and don't want to stuff myself.
