Rock and heavy metal when pumping out with weights. Van Halen, BTO, Black Sabbath, Quite Riot. etc. On the treadmill I like dance hip hop so gs. Songs that me you feel good and wanna dance.

Recommended to me by my personal trainer. It's been a great help keeping a food diary. They need to improve how you enter your weight workouts. Make it more streamlined.
