  • Love the feeling of, each morning, choosing my work clothes for the day based on what I feel like wearing rather than what fits or which clothing is the least tight!

  • Off to a decent start - felt so good to be running again after a 2 1/2 month hiatus!
  • This is actually a scale-related victory, but......for the first time in a very long time, within Normal BMI. Discovered that I am actually 1/2" shorter than I thought, so that also delayed reaching 'normal'.

  • Back in for the challenge this month - had surgery in late June and spent the summer (!!!) recovering. Released by my doctor to gradually resume activities, so will go for my first run tomorrow morning. Small goal this month - 15 km.!

  • Running, cycling, golf, swimming, kayaking. Currently on hiatus from all of them :( while I recover from surgery and gradually increase activity. Right now, long walks to get outside.
