@Fflpnari Suggest checking to see if there is a hiking club of some sort in your area. Many communities have them and they are a great way to meet people and learn about hiking trails in your area.

I am 5'8" with a large frame. Started at 206.8 with a goal weight of 170. Got close to that weight and changed it to 160. Got close to 160 and changed it to 156 (-50). Almost at goal now and no plans to change.

Yes - dinner is mostly vegetables (usually whatever is in season) with a bit of protein.
