Checking in a day early, to end the month. Saw another new daily low of 202.8 this week, and haven't gone over 203.4. I am happy with that.
For me, anything over a pound lost in a month is a good month, so I am pleased with my progress.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

Another really hard week - this one topped the lot!! My car died - issues with plumbing - and me and my partner were assaulted!! yes assaulted!! still gobsmacked and shaken - a silly drunk lady was letting her dogs chase my horses in the field - wouldnt stop when asked politely - so I got angry - she got angrier - punched me in the face and knocked me to the floor!! The my other half got in front of me - to stop her from getting to me - she was trying to! and she punched him repeatedly in the face and was thrashing him with the dog lead which had a large metal end. He just stood there and took it!!! He took out his phone to ring the police - she snatched it from him and threw it in the river. We rang the police - apparently this lady has a habit of doing this - so they will be pressing charges..
So to have finished the week 1.2lbs down - I am pleased!! That's half a stone lost in June - given everything that has been going on - I am going to take that!! Also I have a brand new groovy little car!! even though it broke my heart to say bye to my Rav - had it for 13 years!!
So my plan for July - is to lose another half stone! Well done to everyone this month!!!! Good luck for July! Much love guys!!! xx8 -

I have no doubt I will pop back up again, but the trend still looks good! River trip coming up, so who knows what will happen. I will be VERY active, and I will also be eating at will.
