    I managed to lose a pound after a huge birthday bash for a friend on Tuesday. So.Much.Fantastic.Food! I partook in moderation, even had cake and a beer. Just didn't go back for 2nds or 3rds, like I normally would have. I did go for a 2.5 mile walk the next day.
