    @aganey Crock pot meals are great. My weekly standard is 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts with 1 can chicken gravy. Easy Peasy. I then have shredded chicken for quick sandwiches, soups, salad topping, chicken salad, fajitas, pot pie. Can also cook lean ground beef with a can of tomatoes.

    This week's successes and challenges: Even though my head knows that this is within a normal weight fluctuation, alarm bells still go off when the scale jumps up like this. Rationally I know that this isn't 'real' weight; rationally I know that this will come back down in a day or two; but, geez, still "semi-freakout" when this happens even after a year and a half of slow/steady weight loss!

    Struggles: It is very humid, hot with no wind. Even swimming laps is hot IN the water. I have been so exhausted that my body required more rest / sleep.

    Motivator: losing weight for 2nd kidney transplant in 2019(-ish?).
    Being a kidney patient makes me fluctuate in weight very bad.
    I can loose or gain 3 pounds or more in 24 hours on fluids alone.

    Current "Live Style Change" (Not a DIEt): 1650 kcal a day.
    Currently three times a week at the Gym, program of 150 minutes Cardio/Strength (mixed exercises 11/13).
    Every fourth-night a 60 minute session with a Personal Trainer.
    Every workday a three mile walk.

    Motivator: losing weight for 2nd kidney transplant in 2019(-ish?).
    Being a kidney patient makes me fluctuate in weight very bad.
    I can loose or gain 3 pounds or more in 24 hours on fluids alone.

    Successes: - Ran with the running club Mon & Thurs & didn't get lost this time.
    - Did a mix of yoga, resistance training and cardio each day.
    - I have started to comfine eating to between 7 am & 7 pm.
     
    Struggles: I occasionally felt super tired & had difficulty focusing some days in the beginning of the week, but I have felt better as the week continued.

    I can't wait to run lighter!
