I want to get into the 170s by the end of May. I am really struggling with food choices, but I was able to add walks five out of seven evenings last week and aiming for at least four this week! It's finally warm enough, but now my allergies are whacko! That interferes with my sleep a lot and I am also double medicated, which is exhausting. I CAN DO THIS! I CAN DO THIS! I CAN DO THIS!

Successes: Changed up the routine a bit. Added more resistance training and am running more often than walking. Running feels easier than it did, but my back still complains a bit afterwards.
Struggles: It doesn't take much back pain to keep me from falling asleep for hours. I avoid pain meds as much as possible & try to do some yoga or take a warm shower instead.1 -

I went up so high today after going down to 182 during the week last week. I had a VERY poor food choice weekend, spending it with my daughter and eating while driving. I continued to walk last week, on a good note.
This week I will walk at least four days AND I am going to work harder on my water consumption.
The last two weeks I have done lunch prepping on Sunday night and that helped. I didn't get home from travel until late last night, so I will try to get a walk in tonight AND do some lunch prepping.

May - I think I *may* be back on track. Let's see for June. Hoping for 6 lbs off by mid June.
My personal challenges looking forward: sticking with it. Logging everyday. Working harder to stay within allowances. Being "okay" with the numbers on a standstill for a bit. Focus on the big picture.
Next "mini-goal" - 215 lbs = clothes shopping as I am sure I'll be a size down.
My current plan --> 20 lb increments to 175 then re-adjust goals to suit
1. 215 - time to change out the wardrobe a bit (Easter)
2. 195 - "overweight" (and wardrobe change)
3. 175 - wardrobe change!

The Background:
Current "Live Style Change" (Not a DIEt): 1650 kcal a day.
Currently three times a week at the Gym, program of 150 minutes Cardio/Strength (mixed exercises 11/13).
Every fourth-night a 60 minute session with a Personal Trainer.
Every workday a three mile walk.
Motivator: losing weight for 2nd kidney transplant in 2019(-ish?).
Being a kidney patient makes me fluctuate in weight very bad.
I can loose or gain 3 pounds or more in 24 hours on fluids alone.
Original start weight: 396.8 lbs / 180 kg (januari 01 2000)
Starting weight for this year: 270.1 lbs / 122 kg (januari 01 2018)
First goal set at: 240.4 lbs / 109 kg (getting on the transplant list) REACHED at 04-16-2018
