    39 weeks are remaining, many people will be very happy to lose 39 pounds!

    In 2016 I lost 37, but didn’t quit. Tried again 2017 and lost 47# :smile:

    Yesterday I reached my WW Goal Weight after trying five years! From 376 to 182 from age 65 to 70.

    At my age (70) I know to lose a pound a week is a realistic goal that helped me get there.

    Current weight: 200lb
    Total weight lost: 14lb
    This week's successes: Couple of excellent workouts, including a sub 30 minute 5km run last weekend! I've been trying to do that for 6 years, I know I pushed a bit too hard as I got shin splints for the next couple of days but man did that feel good.
    This week's challenges: The Easter weekend, Thursday was very indulgent as it is every year before the holiday kicks in.

    So close to onederland! It's been 3 and a half years since my weight was 100-something, was pretty shocked to see that :/

    Completed my first 5k! So happy with myself. I ran,slowly, the entire trail. It was pretty muddy with rain the night before. I finished inn 35:24. 2nd in my age group. Now to concentrate on that last 10 pounds again.

    1) Staying focused on my goals has been a challenge for me since the middle of March. I have been back and forth between the hospital, home, and work. I have had little time to focus on myself and my goals.
