This week's successes: spring break week. Been staying very active with the kids.

This week's challenges: food, always food! Me and my 2 year old baked some homemade cookies this week and of course I've eaten a bunch of them. She loves to bake with me and I can't resist the way she looks in her little apron so we bake and we eat. I will try to do better this week.

Another weigh in day on the road. I've been able to do at least either yoga, swimming or treadmill running / walking almost each day so far. Today I balanced burger king with a garden veg and grilled chicken salad and a run. Aiming for a good portion of veggies daily. Staying hydrated is a challenge when not wanting to stop too often. Still thousands of miles to go.

    (Week 7)
    Starting weight: 199 - 01/27/18
    Goal weight: 130
    Current weight: 191 - 03/13/18
    Total weight lost: 8lbs
    Successes: haven’t gained!
Challenges: went on a weekend trip and didn’t make great choices in regards to eating & drinking. Also binged on sesame chicken yesterday & broke my vegetarian streak once again. Back on it today though!

    (Week 8)
    Starting weight: 199 - 01/27/18
    Goal weight: 130
    Current weight: 189.6 - 03/18/18
    Total weight lost: 9.4lbs
Successes: back in the 180’s!!! After a couple weeks of limited workout motivation I watched a few weight loss transformation videos for inspiration and pushed myself at the gym today.
Challenges: it’s getting harder to avoid bad eating habits as my social life gets busier this time of year (birthdays, vacations, bars, etc). Going to continue to test my willpower with eating vegetarian & cutting out the junk.

I am 52 years old, five foot two inches and I work a sedentary job.

Still hanging in around the 183 mark. I did have one day last week where I hit 182, but I think I was probably dehydrated. I had a weekend where I drank alcohol (not a lot), ate fast food, and binged on sugar free candy. It was just one of those weeks. Hard stuff at work, and I had been sort of dating a man and decided that sort of wasn't enough so ended that. I brought some better food to work today and I am going to trivia at a place tonight where I think I can get some decent food. I have two work events with lunch this week, one will be a nicer buffet where I can probably get pretty good food. The other will be pizza where if I can make myself eat only the toppings and leave the crust I do okay.

This week's challenges: It's hard to control myself when I go out... I've also not been drinking enough water... I'm tired of loosing and gaining the same 3lbs for the past 3 weeks. Trying to do my best before I travel to southern France to visit my aunt for 5 days. Yikes! Keep it strong, keep it steady. It's hard to stay motivated when there's no loss.
