@Jimb376mfp - You got this! Go back to basics and working the plan to get to goal. Go to a meeting or two and get the stuff that is sabotaging you out of the house. Maybe get some more laps in?

Thanks, been going up and down and need to nail it down. I know what I need to do, thanks for the support.

    Starting Weigh 315
    Challenge starting weight 247.8
    current weight 245.2
    Week 1 245.2 - 2.6 lb weight loss
    Week 2 244.6 - 0.6 lb weight loss
    Week 3 242.0 - 2.6 lb weight loss

An excellent week. Meetings with tons of sweets including fudge did not deter me. I could have done a bit better on exercise and am still not getting enough sleep but working on both to improve. Moving toward my next mini-goal of 240. Plan to be there in the next week or two.

    (Week 5)
    Starting weight: 199 - 01/27/18
    Goal weight: 130
    Current weight: 194 - 02/26/18
    Total weight lost: 5lbs
This week's successes: today marks 2 weeks of being vegetarian! & challenging myself in the weight room a bit more
This week's challenges: getting enough sleep, working two 12 hr days, getting to work earlyyyy & squeezing in 4 workouts into a busy, busy week

    (Week 6)
    Starting weight: 199 - 01/27/18
    Goal weight: 130
    Current weight: 191 - 03/08/18
    Total weight lost: 8lbs
This week’s successes: fell off the vegetarian train last weekend but back on track! & Finally worked up the courage to do a bit of running on the treadmill (running is something I absolutely dread) and it wasn’t even that bad!
This week’s challenges: another long work week. Also motivation is lacking. I only make myself go to the gym because I know I need to

    Starting weight:118.2 kg
    Height 5ft 7
    Age 44

    1/11= 118.2
    1/18 = 117.5
    1/25 = 117.5
    1/30 = 115.6
    2/5 = 114.6
    2/10 = 113.4
    2/17 = 112.2
    2/24 = 112.2
    3/2 = 112.8
    3/9 = 111.8

FINALLY!!!! The plateau has been shattered and smashed.......and downwards we go again =)

This week's challenges: Same as always, exercise every day, get in my water, keep my calories to my new limit.

    Congratulations! New number is fun!

    Goal weight 150
    Current Weight = 197.1

    I weigh in on Fridays

    1/5: 201
    1/12: 199.8
    1/19: 197.5
    1/26: 195.4
    2/2: 197.1
    2/9: 196.5
    2/16: 194
    2/23:192.9
    3/2: 194.4
    3/9: 197.1

This week's successes: Following up on last week after being let go from my job (of 14 years) due to 'restructuring' and adjusting my calorie goal to a half pound.. all I have to say for successes is that I managed to exercise this week. The job search is a full time job.

This week's challenges: Counting calories now that I have adjusted my goal, it is more important that I stick to the weighing and measuring because my margin for error is much smaller. I am pretty sure I am at the level set place now where I should start to see the numbers move downward again, more slowly, but ever downward! (I hope!)

This week’s successes: I was diligent in counting points/calories...tedious, but worth it. Ate more on days that required more fuel. First time this year for 2 consecutive losses! I consider that a win!

Next week’s challenges: none....will continue to work it!

This week's successes: I had a calorie deficit of about 6700 for the week so I'm happy about the 1.8lbs loss. I think my body has also, finally, recovered from the antibiotics fiasco. I'm still getting a ride to/from work for now and we've decided that once the weather is nicer I'll start taking the bus home, which won't be as hard as taking it to/from work so yay!

This week's challenges: I was finally getting back into a normal exercise routine after my leg injury, but I had to get my nexplanon taken out yesterday, so now my arm is sore and I have to "take it easy" for the next week. I'll be so grateful once my body is back to normal.
