  • Have you tried using the fathead dough to make crackers/chips? I had it the first time last night and can see that thin & crispy, this will be a great alternative for things!!

  • check out Keto for bad-*kitten* babes group on FB. you will find ANY answer and THEN some on that group. its an international Women-only FB group for Keto-ers. I've not been a stranger to low carb (but I stay in ketosis = "lazy keto") but this group is really great and highly active!!
  • I find that Stevia has a bitter taste in hot things or when you bake with it. I use generic Sucralose or Swerve!

  • Don't get discouraged if you experience the "Keto Flu". Usually as few days in you start feeling really lethargic, blaaaaaa... it will pass! Hang in there, you will feel so much better once you break through that. It's just your body reacting to not having carbs and sugars anymore so it hasn't yet reconfigured it's fuel…
  • Starting back with this WOE again.. had lost about 20 lbs last spring/summer, but then fell off. Now it's time to loose that sneaky weight again!
