One thing to be aware of is you want to be tracking NET CARBS, not just pure carbs. For example, setting a 1500 cal diet to 5% carbs will show you 20g carbs. You'll almost certainly eat more than that, which is why you need to track fiber and subtract fiber grams from carb grams (this gets you to net carbs). Body doesn't…
