I used to be 260 pounds and I lost 60 pounds in the span of 3-4 months. Sadly I gained it all back plus some.... since January fifth I've been trying to eat better and have smaller portions. So far I'm down 12 pounds! My first goal is to get down 50 pounds, from there I'll try to lose more. One step at a time though!

I feel as though I am in a similar situation to yours. In 2010/2011 I was 260 pounds. I changed my diet completely and got to 200. Since about 2014 I've gained all my weight back plus some.
